Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointment time.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration processes and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
