Qualifications

• 18+ years old required.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Support clinicians by preparing treatment areas and equipment; monitor patient progress.
• Assist patients with exercises and home programs as directed by the Physical Therapist.
