Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling support.
• Onboard patients, review paperwork, verify benefits and complete forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up exercise equipment for therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and assist with home exercise programs.
