Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout their appointment times.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration, and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
