Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists and clinic staff.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Reliable attendance and daytime availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them to treatment areas.
• Assist therapists by setting up and assisting with exercise programs.
• Set up and take down modalities such as heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, and Normatec as directed.
• Clean and sanitize treatment areas between patients.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized, including laundry and supplies.
• Support front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Uphold HIPAA privacy in every interaction.
