Job summary

Confluent Health LLC is seeking a PT Technician to support licensed therapists and patients, ensuring smooth clinic operations and a welcoming environment. This fast-paced role involves direct patient interaction and learning opportunities in physical therapy and healthcare settings.

You will assist with exercise programs, operate treatment modalities, and help maintain clean, organized spaces while upholding HIPAA and patient privacy standards. Part-time schedule offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.
• Able to work collaboratively with therapists and front office.
• Take initiative to identify clinic and patient needs.
• Must stay on feet and perform routine clinic activities.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to treatment areas with staff support.
• Guide patients through therapist-directed exercise programs.
• Set up and break down modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Stock and organize the clinic; handle laundry and supplies restocking.
• Anticipate therapist and patient needs and assist accordingly.
• Support front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Uphold HIPAA and patient privacy in all interactions.
