Job summary

Confluent Health LLC is seeking a part-time PT Technician to support licensed physical therapists and enhance the patient experience. You will greet patients, help them with exercise programs, and prepare treatment areas while maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.

The role involves setting up modalities, restocking supplies, and collaborating with front desk staff. Daytime availability is preferred, and applicable HIPAA standards will be followed.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them to treatment areas with a staff member.
• Assist therapists by guiding patients through exercise programs as directed.
• Set up and break down modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment areas and equipment between patients.
• Restock supplies and keep the clinic organized, including laundry duties.
• Support front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Uphold HIPAA and patient privacy in every interaction.
