Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatment, and help with administrative tasks in a compliant manner.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, facilitating exercises, applying modalities, and maintaining a clean, organized clinic. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, document projects, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist during sessions.
• Safely motivate and assist patients with exercises and activities.
• Provide routine treatments (e.g., hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation) and maintain the treatment area.
• Support patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
