Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and patient experience. You will greet patients, assist therapists during treatments, and perform administrative tasks in a compliant, friendly environment.

The role is part-time and involves helping with non-clinical and clinical duties, patient turnover, and inventory management while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Energetic and a team player who demonstrates compassion toward patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and activities.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restocks supplies and maintains restrooms and general areas.
• Assists with phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Keeps track of clinic supplies and may order inventory.
