Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a part-time capacity. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with non-clinical duties in compliance with state practice acts.

The role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and efficient clinic operations, including scheduling support and inventory tasks. Strong communication and detail-oriented work are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Rehab Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during procedures.
• Motivates and guides patients in exercises and functional activities.
• Administers routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains restrooms and supply areas.
• Assists with phones, scheduling, and paperwork; supports inventory tracking.
