Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist in treatments, manage basic administrative tasks, and help maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to state practice act requirements, with opportunities for benefits and part-time scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production
• Attention to detail and time management are required
• Comfort with basic office equipment and clerical tasks

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with treatments
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises under supervision
• Provides routine treatments, such as hot/cold packs and modalities
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork
• Assists with inventory and ordering supplies for the clinic
