Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support Patient Experience Coordinators and clinicians. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and perform administrative and clinical duties in line with state requirements.

Responsibilities include helping with treatments, preparing patients, scheduling, and inventory tasks, while maintaining a professional, compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Team player with compassion toward patients.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen supplies.
• Restocks restrooms and common areas with supplies.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Keeps track of clinic supplies and may order inventory.
