Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and perform compliant administrative tasks in a part-time capacity.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, aiding therapy sessions, managing supplies, and ensuring clean, organized treatment areas while following state practice act requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management.
• Energetic, compassionate team player.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments, assists therapists, and provides routine treatment.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and activities.
• Provides treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities like Ultrasounds or Electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restocks restrooms and supplies as needed.
• Assists Patient Experience Coordinator with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Keeps track of supplies and may order inventory.
