Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in patient prep, treatment assistance, and administrative duties at our clinic. You will greet patients, help with treatments, and maintain areas and supplies per state guidelines.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates with prior rehab aide experience or intern exposure, strong communication, and teamwork skills, and a patient-focused approach to care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal; ability to document projects clearly; time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments, assists therapists during treatments, and provides routine care.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises under professional supervision.
• Provides routine modalities such as hot/cold packs, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment; handles linens and restocks supplies.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Tracks non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
