Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Mesa, AZ seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care and gaining hands-on healthcare experience. You will receive mentorship and direct exposure to physical therapy practices as you support clinicians and patients during visits.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with intake and scheduling, preparing treatment areas, supporting exercise programs, and monitoring progress.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake and scheduling support.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms for new patients.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, and set up/adjust exercise equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
