Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to join our on-site team in Buckeye, AZ. You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, and help prepare treatment areas for sessions.

You will support therapists, monitor progress, and guide patients through exercises and home programs. This hands-on role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and exposure to physical therapy practice within a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and patient intake processes.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Support Physical Therapists and monitor patient progress.
• Help patients perform exercises and follow home exercise programs.
