Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person.
• Promote efficient patient intake and assist with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients and complete medical forms.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with exercises.

Skills

Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Healthcare experience (PT Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant)

Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology
