Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Promote efficiency in patient intake and assist with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork and verifying benefits.
• Support Physical Therapist with treatment area preparation and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
