ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team in Tucson, AZ. You will support therapists in preparing treatment areas, assisting patients with exercises, and helping with patient intake and scheduling, gaining valuable healthcare exposure.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to physical therapy, with opportunities to grow in a patient-centered, fast-paced clinical setting.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: healthcare experience in PT/tech, Medical Assistant, hospital, PT/ PTA students.
• Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Preferred: background in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and scheduling process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Assist with onboarding new patients, review of paperwork, benefits verification, and completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and set up of equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
