ATI Physical Therapy in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will greet patients, assist with scheduling, and support clinicians by preparing treatment areas and equipment.

You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices while helping patients perform prescribed exercises and track progress in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: healthcare-related roles or fitness training background.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling support for clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and adjust exercise equipment for therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
