Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to join its team of therapists and support staff. You will assist with therapeutic exercises, prepare equipment, and help maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.

You will also document patient progress, educate patients on routines, and provide front desk coverage as needed to support scheduling and patient flow. The role offers an hourly wage and opportunities to grow within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Cover 15-20 minutes from home office.
• Knowledge of Anatomy & Kinesiology.
• Knowledge of the equipment used in therapy work.
• Knowledge of patient behaviors and needs.
• Ability to document and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scribe for recording and editing therapeutic exercises under supervision.
• Prepare and assist with therapy activities and equipment.
• Maintain equipment and treatment rooms in a clean, safe state.
• Educate patients on equipment use and exercise routines.
• Answer calls and assist with scheduling and front desk duties.
