Progressive Physical Therapy is seeking a PT Technician to support licensed therapists, greet patients, guide exercises, and help with treatment setup in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists and staff.
• Initiative to identify clinic and patient needs.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
• Reliable attendance and daytime availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to treatment areas with a staff member.
• Guide patients through therapist-directed exercise programs.
• Set up and remove modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized, including laundry and supplies.
• Anticipate therapists' and patients' needs and assist as needed.
• Support the front desk during downtime with the clinic team.
• Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA in all interactions.
