Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to deliver safe, physician-ordered physical therapy. You will plan, organize, and implement individualized treatment programs while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires current Florida licensure, CAPTE-accredited credential, and a willingness to supervise support staff. The position offers an established hospital setting in a community-focused health system.

Qualifications

• DPT degree (CAPTE-accredited) or equivalent.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program conferred prior to 2019; bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) conferred prior to 2000 may be accepted.

• Plans, organizes and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or equivalent) from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)-accredited educational program. Master’s degree (or equivalent) in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited educational program conferred prior to 2019 and bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in physical therapy from a CAPTE accredited educational program conferred prior to 2000 may be accepted

Required Experience:

None

Required Certification/License/Registry:

Current Florida Physical Therapist license. Temporary permit may be accepted.
