Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare in Tallahassee, FL, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy ordered by physicians, ensuring safety and quality care.

You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and supervise support staff to support patient progress.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Master’s degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program conferred prior to 2019 may be accepted.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or equivalent) from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)-accredited educational program. Master’s degree (or equivalent) in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited educational program conferred prior to 2019 and bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in physical therapy from a CAPTE accredited educational program conferred prior to 2000 may be accepted

Required Experience:

None

Required Certification/License/Registry:

Current Florida Physical Therapist license. Temporary permit may be accepted.
