Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) in Tallahassee, FL, seeks a licensed physical therapist to deliver safe, physician-ordered care and to plan and implement individualized therapy programs within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. The role supervises support staff and reports to Rehab Clinical Coordinator; requires a CAPTE-accredited DPT, with flexibility for older degrees if pre-2019.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program conferred before 2019 may be accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program conferred before 2000 may be accepted.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or equivalent) from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)-accredited educational program. Master’s degree (or equivalent) in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited educational program conferred prior to 2019 and bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in physical therapy from a CAPTE accredited educational program conferred prior to 2000 may be accepted

Required Experience:

• None

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• Current Florida Physical Therapist license. Temporary permit may be accepted.
