The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, performing evaluations, and developing and administering treatment plans for various outpatient conditions.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours at Anytime Fitness in Maple Grove.

Viverant Physical Therapy is part of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices owned and led by physicians, dedicated to giving patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Functions

• Evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physicians
• Occasionally evaluate and treat outpatient conditions under direct access
• Apply therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice act
• Use therapy services ethically and lawfully in daily treatments
• Document patient care services following regulatory and departmental guidelines
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) if required
• Collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff
• Work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting
• Maintain a flexible schedule based on clinic needs
• Ensure a safe environment for all
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure
• Share knowledge from continuing education with staff and community
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s or Doctorate preferred
• Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy
