Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This assignment centers on a Skilled Nursing Facility with day shift and a 5x8 schedule, with potential floating within the client network.

You will work with adult and geriatric caseloads, document per facility/state requirements, and maintain timely immunizations and health screenings.

Formación

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Experience managing adult and geriatric caseloads preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to document per facility and state requirements.
• Current immunizations and health screening per facility policy required.
