Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ewing Township, NJ, in a skilled nursing facility. Requires an active New Jersey PT license and a relevant PT degree. BLS may be required, with preferred SNF experience and comfort with EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for geriatric and post-acute populations preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records and documentation preferred.
