Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This assignment is in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Egg Harbor Township, NJ with days shifts, 0830–1630, 5x8, ASAP start and a 15-week contract.

Requirements include a PT degree and an active New Jersey license. BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• PT degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctoral) from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with mobility training, transfers, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred.
