Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will work days, 0830-1630, in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, for a 15-week assignment starting ASAP.

This travel role offers full medical benefits, housing options, and 401(k) matching support, with recruiter assistance available around the clock. Prior SNF experience and NJ PT licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with mobility training, transfers, and documentation in an EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in the electronic medical record.
• Assist with mobility training and safe transfers to support recovery and functional goals.
