Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to work in a skilled nursing facility in Linwood, NJ. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.

The assignment features dayshift, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, for 13 weeks with a focus on restorative programs, mobility training, fall risk assessment, and EMR documentation. A NJ license and BLS are required or preferred, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred.
• Ability to document clinical progress using electronic medical records preferred.
