Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Holmdel, New Jersey. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while enjoying life in a new location.

Requirements include a PT degree from an accredited program, an active New Jersey license, and optionally BLS. Prior SNF experience and proficiency with SNF documentation systems are preferred.
