Job summary

FutureCare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients under physician orders in a long-term or sub-acute care setting. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to restore strength, mobility and function, while adhering to care plans and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current license or eligibility for licensure in Maryland.
• Supervision/training/experience in long-term or sub-acute care.
• Certification and competency in identified areas of specialization.
• Ability to assess resident needs and develop a care plan.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
