Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with facility, state and federal guidelines.
• Complete re-evaluations and supervise assistants when applicable.
• Document care in the medical record after each session.
• Revise treatment plans as needed and provide discharge summaries.
• Educate residents and families about exercises and procedures.
