Job summary

West River Civita Care Center in Milford, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role with a pay rate of $45–$50 per hour. You will evaluate residents, develop and adjust treatment plans, and help them regain mobility and independence in a supportive skilled nursing setting.

Work with PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, nurses, and the rehab team; complete accurate documentation; and participate in ongoing education to enhance patient outcomes and care quality.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
