Job summary

Civita Care Center at Long Ridge in Stamford, CT is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position. You will assess residents, design and implement therapy plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Partner with PTAs, OT, SLP, nursing, and other team members.

Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehabilitation team at Civita Care Center at Long Ridge. This full-time opportunity allows you to work directly with residents to improve movement, restore strength, and build greater independence while collaborating with an experienced post-acute care team.

What You'll Do
