Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field with licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5+ years of progressive PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions to restore function and mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and comply with licensing standards.
