Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients across facilities. You will develop recovery plans, deliver therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function. A $10,000 sign-on or relocation bonus is offered, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

The posted salary range is USD $46.00 - USD $49.00 per hour, plus a $10,000 bonus. This full-time role is in-facility with a Director of Rehab reporting line.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required or Master’s in PT-related field with a PT degree.
• Alternative: Master’s in PT-related field plus Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Collaborate with care team to promote patient independence and progress.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Work in facility setting with supervision by the Director of Rehab.
