Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight to PTAs.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab techs; optimize resources.
• Establish and grow a robust PT program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills via collaboration and education.
• Maintain valid state PT license and stay informed on regulations.
• Understand billing and deliver care per guidelines.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with state practice acts.
