Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across our care communities in Texas. You will screen, evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans while ensuring compliance with state practice acts and company standards.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, oversee discharge planning, and contribute to building a robust physical therapy program with ongoing education and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
