Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver therapy services in skilled nursing facilities, maintaining high-quality patient care and compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will assess patients, develop and modify treatment plans, supervise support staff, and contribute to our clinical ladder and CEU programs. Reliant supports growth with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid physical therapist state license.
• Proficient in clinical documentation.
• Ability to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and related services to patients.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care.
• Supervise PTA and Rehab Tech during group and individual sessions.
• Build and maintain a strong physical therapy program.
• Ensure compliance with state practice acts, OBRA, and Reliant policies.
• Maintain professional conduct with facilities and clients.
