Job summary

Life Care Center Of Attleboro, MA seeks a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients referred by physicians, in compliance with laws and Life Care standards. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time new hires.

Qualified candidates are graduates of accredited PT programs, licensed in MA, CPR certified, and willing to participate in ongoing education. One year of experience is preferred, with new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (PT).
• Currently licensed in the applicable State with active license in good standing.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care by PTAs and Rehab Aides.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
