Job summary

Life Care Center of West Bridgewater, part of Life Care Centers of America, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care upon physician referral in accordance with Life Care standards.

Requirements include an accredited PT degree, active state licensure, CPR certification, and 1 year of experience preferred (new grads welcome). Decisive, patient-focused care with adherence to policies is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT).
• Active license in the applicable state and maintain good standing.
• CPR certification required upon hire and during employment.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals.
• Oversee care by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and students; chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software where applicable and communicate on an interdisciplinary team.
