Life Care Centers of America in Arizona is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients referred by physicians, in accordance with laws and Life Care standards. You will help patients achieve functional progress in a patient-centered environment.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT), active state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience preferred. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy with BSPT, MSPT, or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT).
• Active state license in good standing.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.

Responsabilités

• Follow PT treatment plans and patient goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care provided by PTAs and rehab staff.
• Chart accurately and timely patient progress and outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with patients and staff.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate proper body mechanics and safe patient handling.
