Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct rehabilitation services under a licensed Physical Therapist. You will work in a skilled nursing facility delivering prescribed treatment plans and documenting progress.

This full-time role includes benefits such as retirement plans, paid time off, and health coverage; CPR certification required upon hire; one year of experience preferred, new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable state.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of the supervising PT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Liaise with patients, families, and staff to plan for patient needs.
