Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, Utah is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time position on site. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to improve mobility and function.

Work with an interdisciplinary team in a facility that values compassionate care, ongoing education, and regulatory compliance. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Utah.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents and participate in therapy screenings.
