Job summary

Brighten Life Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services in patients' homes in Utah. This part-time/PRN role emphasizes one-on-one patient care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence.

You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs, educate patients and caregivers, and maintain detailed documentation while enjoying mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Utah.
• Strong clinical, assessment, and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
