Job summary

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy within a skilled nursing setting. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members; monitor progress and adjust plans; maintain accurate documentation.

Utah license and an advanced degree are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Utah SLP license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and home programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

What You'll Need

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Utah
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related settings preferred

• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
