Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s).
• Master's in Physical Therapy or equivalent clinical field required when applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years PT experience acceptable per listing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with care team and document progress.
• Report to Director of Rehab.
