Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy across diverse settings. Collaboration with care teams and education for patients and caregivers are essential to help individuals regain independence.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or PT-related field with a PT Bachelor's) and a valid U.S. PT license. Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT-related field plus Bachelor's in PT.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
• Collaborate with care teams to promote patient independence.
• Provide training to patients and caregivers to sustain improvements.
